Samantha began her career with Fernbaugh’s in 2006 as a sales associate. Over the years, she has gained extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of the business and officially took over as owner on January 1. Her passion for the jewelry industry has led her to attend numerous seminars and continue expanding her education. She has completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Senior Sales Professional Certification through Jewelers of America, along with Diamond Essentials and Diamond Grading courses through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). She looks forward to continuing her education through additional GIA and Jewelers of America courses.
Samantha has been married to her husband Rick for 18 years, and together they have a daughter, Tinley (14), and their miniature schnauzer, Otis. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling for work, and making memories through new adventures. Outside of the store, she proudly embraces life as a race wife and mom, always on the go and cheering on her family.

Taelynn has a true passion for jewelry and loves being part of the team at Fernbaugh’s. She enjoys helping customers find pieces that complement their personal style and celebrate meaningful moments.
She graduated from John Glenn High School and Knox Beauty College in 2024. Taelynn has also completed her Beginner Jewelry Sales certification through the Diamond Council of America and her Diamond Essentials certification through GIA, further strengthening her knowledge and expertise in the industry. She plans to continue furthering her education in jewelry as she grows in her career.
In her free time, she enjoys doing her nails, cutting hair, shopping, going to the gym, spending time in the sun, and being with family and friends.

Carlie has always had a love for jewelry and is excited to continue learning more about the jewelry industry and everything that goes into helping customers find pieces they’ll love.
She graduated from John Glenn High School in 2023 and Vogue Beauty College in 2024. Carlie began working at Tangles Salon in North Liberty in 2018, where she continues to work part-time doing nails.
When she’s not working, Carlie enjoys doing nails, drawing, and spending time with her friends and family. She loves being creative, learning new things, and is excited to continue growing her knowledge and experience at Fernbaugh’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelry!

Cole graduated from John Glenn High School in May 2026 and attended jewelers schooling shortly after at Midwest Jewelry Acadamy. With a lifelong passion for art and jewelry, he has always been drawn to creative expression and craftsmanship.
He has a deep interest in historical jewelry and art, appreciating the stories and techniques behind each piece. This passion inspires his goal of creating and repairing jewelry that will be cherished for years to come.
In his free time, Cole enjoys spending time outdoors, drawing, painting, and working on fabric crafts. He also has a love for plants and flowers, often finding inspiration for his creativity in nature.
